How we use information
We use submitted information to provide Slab Check results and concrete project quote requests, respond to requests, determine service-area coverage, connect homeowners with participating foundation or concrete professionals when requested, operate and improve Texas Slab, maintain records of consent and communications, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.
Service-provider connections
If you request professional follow-up, Texas Slab may share information reasonably necessary to fulfill that request with participating service providers that may serve your area. Texas Slab does not itself perform structural inspections, engineering services, foundation repairs, or concrete construction.
SMS and mobile information
If you separately opt in to Texas Slab SMS messages, we may use your mobile number to send messages related to your foundation evaluation or concrete project request, service connection, and related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may still be processed by vendors that help us provide messaging and communications services, subject to their role in providing those services.
